This Farmdrop recipe is a twist on a classic: a creamy vegan rice pudding flavoured with a dash of our Golden Blend. The spices gives it an aromatic edge, with the sweet cinnamon balancing the peppery turmeric to create a really special end to a meal.
400ml coconut milk
1 tsp Rooted Spices Golden Spice blend
1 tbsp maple syrup
100g pudding rice
1/2 lime, zested
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Bring the coconut milk, with the Rooted Spiced Golden Spice blend and maple syrup, to the boil.
Add the pudding rice and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the rice is soft and creamy.
Serve in bowls with the lime zest and desiccated coconut on top.
