What we love most about this, is that it's an 'entrance level' smoothie. Sure, in a dream world we'd always have bowls of fresh fruit in the kitchen, but then real life gets in the way.
We can usually muster a ripe banana and there's always frozen spinach – one of our staples – in the freezer. The smoothie blend really lifts it, and stops the smoothie from tasting, well too green and pious!
250ml apple juice
1 ripe banana
120g frozen spinach (or 50g fresh spinach)
1 tsp smoothie blend
Put in a food processor.
Blitz until smooth.
