The Spice Blend harks back to the medieval kitchen, with a medley of flavours savoury and sweet flavours: tempered savoury notes from our ground coriander and a dash of pepper, sweetness from our true cinnamon and deliciously festive notes from the ginger and nutmeg.
Whether it's spiking a Christmas pudding or a ham glaze, this is fast becoming a firm festive favourite. Great for seasonal cooking and a fantastic stocking filler.
