GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Blend 250ml apple juice with one ripe banana and 2 handfuls (50g) fresh spinach (or 120g frozen spinach, squeezed). Then add a teaspoon of the Smoothie Blend to put a real spring in your step.
