When we set the website live 48 days ago and sent our little spice tins out into the big wide world, it was a nerve-wracking experience. It’s hard to predict the reaction to a product, the packaging, the premise – so all the feedback has been wonderful.
… though this post from the legendary Xanthe Clay, food editor at The Telegraph really put a big smile on our faces:

With enormous thanks also to Ed Smith, founder of one of our favourite food websites – Rocket & Squash – who recently posted a shot to his Instagram feed of a ‘supper on the go’ featuring our Shichimi Togarashi,”which I might just throw on everything from now on”.
